Send a File
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is an easy way to send files to other computers on the Internet.
It can help you to save time sending us data needed to print your job.
To send electronic files to Fidelity Press via FTP, complete the following steps:
1. Compress your data. Put all the files you wish to send into one directory (or folder) and use a
program such as WinZip (for Windows) or DropStuff (a part of the Stuffit suite of applications for
Macintosh) to compress them.
2. Connect to the FTP server. You will need an FTP client program such as Fetch (for Macintosh)
or SmartFTP Pro (for Windows). On Windows you may also use the raw Command Prompt.
You will need to enter the following information to connect to our server. Please contact your Fidelity production
coordinator to obtain a user name and password:
Host or Server Address –
ftp://fidelitypress.us/
Username or Login – fidelity
Password – your password
Directory – upload
We ask that you call and notify your production coordinator at
(407) 297–8484
of any files you submit to our FTP server if we are not already aware that we should be watching for them.
Please include a PDF for reference if possible. You may also send an E-mail to the appropriate person to let us know.
If you have any questions or problems of a technical nature, please call
